ne vem zakaj ali prodajnih pisem ne berem…še nikoli v življenju nisem prebral enega samega prodajnega pisma…celo izogibam se jih…odbijajo me…
največkrat preberem prve besede, ne stavke, ampak besede in tu se konča…
pred kratkim sem nabavil knjigo funky business…ko mi je že ene tretjič prišel ta naslov pred nos sem šel in jo nabavil…na nekako takšen način jaz nabavljam stvari…ko večkrat slišim za zadevo iz različnih virov…jebiga, zelo izbirčen in selektiven sem postal…:-)
med drugim, knjiga je odlična…:-)
pred parimi dnevi pa sem naletel na prodajno pismo, ki je zbudilo mojo pozornost…
to je prvo prodajno pismo, ki sem ga sploh začel brati in ki sem ga, glede na to da je dolgo celih 20 strani, prebral v celoti…in to celo 2x…
še zdaj se sprašujem kako je to mogoče?...kaj je pritegnilo mojo pozornost?...
prodajno pismo je razdeljeno na več delov…avtor piše o top gun podjetništvu…o tem kako zaposliti prave ljudi, kako izgraditi sistem v podjetju, o vsebini produkta/programa, ki ga prodaja itd…
evo, en delček bom objavil…ta je meni zelo zanimiv in mi je dal misliti…

The more I learn about what it takes to become a successful business leader, the more I see just how EVOLVED many of the famous leaders in business are as people.
Have you ever read Howard Schultz’s book "Pour Your Heart Into It"? He’s the guy who put a Starbucks on every corner.
You can argue the point of whether or not coffee is good for the world, but if you read that book, you’ll come away realizing that Howard is a damn good guy. He’s evolved in many ways that aren’t obvious to the average person.
I’ve had the good fortune of meeting and talking to some very powerful people. And you know what? They’re almost all very mature, ethical, intelligent people.
What I’m trying to say is that you must learn how to evolve yourself if you plan to grow a large, successful, valuable company…"
sprašujem se kaj je boljše:
- najprej osebni razvoj in nato se lotiš posla
- najprej biznis in nato osebni razvoj
- oboje začneš istočasno
in moj odgovor je, da ne vem…vsakemu kaj drugega ustreza…
se mi pa močno dozdeva, da obstaja povezava med podjetnikovim osebnim razvojem/zrelostjo in njegovo uspešnostjo AKA debelino njegove denarnice…:-)
večina ljudi je še vedno ujeta v miselnost, da morajo trdo delati in uspehi bodo prišli...
jok brate…tej miselnosti je že pretekel rok trajanja…
danes je potrebno delati pametno in iznajdljivo…imeti moraš sistem, ki deluje…zaposlovati moraš znati prave ljudi…itd…
vse se pa začne pri tem kako vodiš/menedžiraš SEBE…ni dovolj delati posel samo za to, da potem imaš za eno pivo…

pps: verjetno bi se kdo z mano strinjal v eni zadevi…namen prodajnega pisma je, da proda produkt/program…jaz programa nisem kupil…ne še…:-)
ppps: podjetništvo si jaz predstavljam kot izražanje/odsev podjetnikovega notranjega stanja, ki se kanalizira skozi ritme, ki jih podjetnik uporablja za usmerjanje svoje podjetniške energije…uf, to pa je zdaj bil stavek…he he he…:-)
